My approach is eclectic in nature often utilizing cognitive-behavioral, humanistic, positive psychology, acceptance and commitment, cultural sensitivity, mindfulness, and solution-focused therapies. My goal is to help you recognize your underlying problems, fully realize your strengths, and help you adjust to a new, healthier lifestyle while ultimately becoming your better self.
I also had the pleasure of being licensed as a psychologist in Beijing, China and worked with expats from around the globe during my years as an Expat. I have successfully treated depression, anxiety, PTSD, relationship issues, family issues, eating disorders, career-related, and expat issues.
